Common Tasks

Restore Purchases

On the app’s paywall, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

Manage Subscription

Go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or visit Manage Subscriptions.

Request a Refund

Apple handles billing. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

Data Export

  • Open the app → Data Management → choose CSV or JSON export.
  • Share/export to Files, Mail, or your preferred destination.

Data Deletion

  • Open the app → Data ManagementDelete All Data.
  • Or delete the app from your device to remove local data.
